Notes to Presenters

Poster Presentations
All poster sessions will be held in the Sierra Nevada Ballroom. JPS poster boards are approximately 4 feet wide and 3 feet tall (122 x 91cm). Thumbtacks will be available to mount your poster. You can mount your poster at any time during the morning of your session. Posters will be on display all day, and you need to attend your poster only during the scheduled session (Poster A: 1:30-2:45pm Friday June 1; Poster B: 1:30-3:00pm Saturday June 2). Posters should be taken down by 5pm.

Paper Presentations
Each room will contain an overhead and a slide projector. For those wishing to do computer presentations (e.g., PowerPoint), we have ONE video data projector (but no computer). If you would like to use the data projector (and can supply your own laptop), please contact Constance Milbrath (milbrat@itsa.ucsf.edu) as soon as possible.
