For Poster Presenters:

Dimension for posters maximum: 75 cm width / 1m 20 cm height

Poster sessions will be held each day. Posters should be put up for viewing by the start of the session.

The final hour of each session, presenters should be present at their poster to answer questions and speak with attendees. Thus, presenters need to be present at their posters the following times for each Poster session:

Poster Session 1 (Thursday, June 1st): 6:00 – 7:00 PM; posters available for viewing starting at 3:30 PM

Poster Session 2 (Friday, June 2nd): 7:00 – 8:00 PM; posters available for viewing starting at 5:15 PM

Poster Session 3 (Saturday, June 3rd): 3:15 – 4:15 PM; posters available for viewing starting at 1:30 PM

For Paper Presenters:

If you are presenting a paper, please keep your presentation to 10-12 minutes. Paper sessions have 5 papers in a 90 minute session, so to allow time for questions we ask each presenter to keep their presentation to a maximum of 12 minutes. Paper presentations are delivered as oral presentations and many people use PowerPoint or similar program to present their work (although it is not required)

For Symposium and Discussion Session Presenters:

Please contact the organizer of your symposium for information about the length of your presentation given that the number of presenters in a symposium or Discussion session can vary.

**If you plan to give your presentation in Spanish, please contact conference@piaget.org to let us know as soon as possible.**
