Information for Presenters

The University of Belgrade has wifi and this information will be disclosed soon. 

Each room is equipped with a projector, a remote control, and a computer with which to give your presentation. Sound is available if you wish to play videos during your presentation. If you anticipate needing any accomodations, please contact conference@piaget.org in advance.

Posters

Dimension for posters maximum: [pending]

Poster sessions will be held on the 1st (29th) and 2nd (30th) day of the conference. Posters should be put up for viewing before the beginning of each day (i.e., before 9:00am)

During the poster session, presenters should be present at their poster to answer questions and speak with attendees. Thus, presenters need to be present at their posters the following times for each Poster session:

Poster Session 1 (Thursday, May 29th): 4:45 – 5:45 PM

Poster Session 2 (Friday, May 30th): 6:15 – 7:15 PM

Papers

Sessions are 90 minutes long, please allow time for switching between presenters by adhering to the following guidelines

For sessions with 5 papers: Please keep your presentation to 15-16 minutes. 

For Sessions with 4 papers: Please keep your presentation to 19-20 minutes.

Paper presentations are delivered as oral presentations and many people use PowerPoint or similar program to present their work (although it is not required)

Symposium and Discussions Sessions

Please contact the organizer of your symposium for information about the length of your presentation given that the number of presenters in a symposium or Discussion session can vary. By default, please adhere to the guidelines under “Papers”.
