Booking your room in the conference hotel

JPS has reserved a number of rooms, for you, for a reduced tariff of 239 Canadian Dollars (ex tax) in the conference hotel/venue. This applies to the nights of the conference: Thursday night, Friday night, Saturday night. They promised to offer the same tariff also 2 days before or after, but only if available, be sure to ask for it as well.

The number of rooms we could reserve is limited, however, so don’t wait too long. Feel free to search for other accommodation.
