Conference Registration

Sorry, the on-line registration system is now closed.

You will need to pay your registration fees in person at the conference hotel in Toronto.

Please note that we cannot accept cash on-site. We can only accept:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • checks/cheques drawn on US banks ONLY
    (sorry, no Canadian or foreign cheques, no traveller's cheques, no money orders)
